The Business Management module of our Online Registration & Management System covers payments and accounting, resource management, student/customer records, and organizational calendars. It's a 21st century workhorse, introduced in 2008 to bring the convenience and reach of Web 2.5 to our three decades of experience in back-office processes.
This is a fully hosted, complete solution with no hardware or software to install, maintain or upgrade. Every piece of it can be imported, exported and custom configured. All other ASAP modules can be integrated with it, or you can run it as a stand-alone business management tool. Our motto: What you need, As Simply As Possible.

All elements run under military-grade security and encryption, and you can accept payments by cards, checks, cash, vouchers or credits. You determine payment policies -- partial, full, later -- and whether you absorb or pass through the service fees. Using your own Merchant Account will save you money, but you can run on ours, if it's easier. Easier! is the most common praise we hear from our new customers.
Add any kind of discount rules, coupons, credits, financial aid and refund policy you want and the system will calculate, record and track the results. Prorate class fees. Share a discount among a family group. Automatically recalculate an invoice when a student drops or transfers. And then in a keystroke, pull a report. Run your entire General Ledger from here.
Managing instructor and contractor payments based on your schedules is a simple setup. If you receive business through a third-party referral or subcontracting service, add a separate company account that registers individuals but bills a company. Endless possibilities. Access settings are your call, too. Let instructors pull rosters but not student records or finances. Limit by location or facility or role. Delegate and supervise as you know best.
That covers money and people, and brings us to Time. The Scheduling Management feature will mesh your commitments for facilities, customers, instructors and rentals.
