ASAP Beta Updates – July, 2019

The following changes were made to ASAP 4 (also known as ASAP Beta) on 6/28/2019: 

Once an organization is configured to use Authorize.Net as their payment processor, there will be a warning message when a user attempts to process a refund to a credit card. Fixed a bug where on the student details page-the enrollments tab was not displaying the instructor correctly. A bug preventing the summary section from automatically updating when editing student information has been resolved. 

Optimized the page load for the student details page. On the class details page, we added a link to the class roster report in the tab menu.  When a staff member updates their email address, their username will also be properly updated. When viewing a page in an I-frame, we updated the title to closely match other detail pages. On the class listings page, we added a column for capacity, allowing […]

ASAP 3 Updates – July, 2019

The following changes were made to ASAP 3 (also known as ASAP Classic) on 6/28/2019: 

Within the transaction report, you’ll have the ability to select multiple users when filtering. 

On our Go Online Registration site, the display of the invoice has been updated to properly show when a class’s start time may vary. On our Go Online Registration site, you can now collapse the name of a course in the navigation menu. A bug on our Go Online Registration site causing the “Oops” message to display incorrectly has been fixed. A bug causing lengthy load times on the product sales report has been fixed. Within the A/R Aging report, we resolved an issue with the future scheduled payments total column. The column now correctly calculates instances when students make only partial payments towards an individual month.

Revenue Detail with Payment Report

We have moved an important custom query into the Financials Table in the Master Report page.  The Revenue Detail with Payment can now be found there https://app.asapconnected.com/ReportList.aspx in the Financials table and directly from this URL  https://app.asapconnected.com/reports/customquery.aspx?ReportID=12903

We have also added the Individual Invoice Item ID and hope that this goes further in helping you manage your deferred revenue.

ASAP Updates – June 2019

The following changes were made to ASAP 3 (also known as ASAP Classic) in June:

From the Student report’s template builder, removed duplicated text and commas.  Fixed a bug where test scores were not being displayed on the Transcript. Fixed a bug where donations were not appearing in the Transaction G/L Breakdown report. When reviewing your Product Relationships, we’ve added columns for Item Type and Item Codes. On the YR Instructor report, when filtering your results, you should now be able to see the instructor ID, email, and separate columns for first and last name when exporting. Fixed a bug where in some areas, the attendance time was displaying in military time.
