The following changes were made across ASAP 4 (also known as ASAP Beta) on 11/8/2019:

When copying classes from one time period to another, we added a checkbox to allow users to copy additional instructors associated with a class.Within the Instructor Schedule report, we added an additional column for displaying the total number of classes.We added the email address and phone number to the Progression at School report.We resolved an issue where the attendance types were not displaying in alphabetical order when users recorded private lesson attendance.We added the ability to view course media from the course details page.From the course details page, we updated the text editor to add more […]

The following changes were made across ASAP 4 (also known as ASAP Beta) on 10/25/2019:

Fixed a bug where the display was getting cut off in some areas while in the Manage CASAS Tops page.Added the terms of use at the bottom of the page.Fixed a bug preventing users from toggling on and off some of the switches.

The following changes were made across the ASAP Mobile Online Registration site (also known as ASAP Go) on 10/25/2019:

Fixed a bug where students were not receiving a payment confirmation email when signing up for a recurring billing class.

ASAP 4 (Beta) Updates – October 15

The following changes were made across ASAP 4 (also known as ASAP Beta) on 10/9/2019:

Fixed a bug preventing users from merging invoices.
Added a privacy policy at the bottom of the page.
Fixed a bug where the surveys page was not loading correctly.
Users can now change the “from address” when emailing through the communication center.

For organizations using ConnexPoint, we have added the ability to use a MagTek card swiper in order to process payments.
Added the Terms of Use link to the footer area of all our ASAP pages.
When a student’s membership has expired, we will continue to display the membership on the details page.
When viewing a student’s detail page, you can now edit the account that will re-direct the user to the registration form.
When viewing a student’s detail page, you can now clearly see if the student is the primary or parent account with a label.

ASAP 4 (Beta) Updates – August 2019

The following changes were made across ASAP 4 (also known as ASAP Beta) on 8/15/2019:

When an organization is configured to use Authorize.Net as their payment processor, there’s an added a warning message when a user attempts to process a refund to a credit card.
Fixed a bug on the student details page where the enrollments tab was not displaying the instructor correctly.
Fixed a bug letting users enter more text than the maximum number of characters allowed.

ASAP Beta Updates – July, 2019

The following changes were made to ASAP 4 (also known as ASAP Beta) on 6/28/2019: 

Once an organization is configured to use Authorize.Net as their payment processor, there will be a warning message when a user attempts to process a refund to a credit card. Fixed a bug where on the student details page-the enrollments tab was not displaying the instructor correctly. A bug preventing the summary section from automatically updating when editing student information has been resolved.

ASAP Updates – June 2019

The following changes were made to ASAP 3 (also known as ASAP Classic) in June:

From the Student report’s template builder, removed duplicated text and commas.  Fixed a bug where test scores were not being displayed on the Transcript. Fixed a bug where donations were not appearing in the Transaction G/L Breakdown report. When reviewing your Product Relationships, we’ve added columns for Item Type and Item Codes. On the YR Instructor report, when filtering your results, you should now be able to see the instructor ID, email, and separate columns for first and last name when exporting. Fixed a bug where in some areas, the attendance time was displaying in military time.

The following changes were made to ASAP 3 (also known as ASAP Classic) on 5/24/2019:

When students are registering online, the system will now validate to see if there is a matching birthdate, email address, and state ID to an already existing user to prevent creating a duplicate record. 

When admins are creating a student, the system will now validate to see if there is a matching birthdate, email address, and state ID to an already existing user to prevent creating a duplicate record. Private Lesson Roll module now has messaging and validation to avoid overload when you copy lessons from one time period to another.
