ASAP 4 (Beta) Updates – January 24th

The following changes were made across ASAP 4 (also known as ASAP Beta) on 1/24/2020:

We updated the ASAP page footers to reflect the current year.

Fixed a bug where the Bulk Hourly Attendance tool was not displaying any filters.

Users can now bulk edit student statuses from the Class Details page.

We added the ability for users to right-click and open a link from the Listings page.

We fixed the issue that was preventing some users from creating a new account.

Instructors that do not have the edit Students user permission are still able to do so from the Account ID column on the Class Details page

The following changes were made across ASAP 4 (also known as ASAP Beta) on 1/9/2020:

We fixed the bug that prevented some American Express card payments from being processed for ConnexPoint users. We resolved the issue that prevented users from editing the name and type of an email template. The issue of the Schedule of Account email not being sent through the A/R Aging report has been resolved. The following changes were made across ASAP 4 (also known as ASAP Beta) on 10/25/2019:

Fixed a bug where the display was getting cut off in some areas while in the Manage CASAS Tops page.Added the terms of use at the bottom of the page.Fixed a bug preventing users from toggling on and off some of the switches.

The following changes were made across the ASAP Mobile Online Registration site (also known as ASAP Go) on 10/25/2019:

Fixed a bug where students were not receiving a payment confirmation email when signing up for a recurring billing class.

ASAP 4 (Beta) Updates – October 15

Fixed a bug preventing users from merging invoices.
Added a privacy policy at the bottom of the page.

For organizations using ConnexPoint, we have added the ability to use a MagTek card swiper in order to process payments.
Added the Terms of Use link to the footer area of all our ASAP pages.
When a student’s membership has expired, we will continue to display the membership on the details page.
When viewing a student’s detail page, you can now edit the account that will re-direct the user to the registration form.

ASAP 4 (Beta) Updates – August 2019

The following changes were made across ASAP 4 (also known as ASAP Beta) on 8/15/2019:

When an organization is configured to use Authorize.Net as their payment processor, there’s an added a warning message when a user attempts to process a refund to a credit card.
Fixed a bug on the student details page where the enrollments tab was not displaying the instructor correctly.
Fixed a bug letting users enter more text than the maximum number of characters allowed.

ASAP Beta Updates – July, 2019

The following changes were made to ASAP 4 (also known as ASAP Beta) on 6/28/2019: 

Once an organization is configured to use Authorize.Net as their payment processor, there will be a warning message when a user attempts to process a refund to a credit card. Fixed a bug where on the student details page-the enrollments tab was not displaying the instructor correctly. A bug preventing the summary section from automatically updating when editing student information has been resolved.
