ASAP Updates – June 2019
The following changes were made to ASAP 3 (also known as ASAP Classic) in June:
From the Student report’s template builder, removed duplicated text and commas. Fixed a bug where test scores were not being displayed on the Transcript. Fixed a bug where donations were not appearing in the Transaction G/L Breakdown report. When reviewing your Product Relationships, we’ve added columns for Item Type and Item Codes. On the YR Instructor report, when filtering your results, you should now be able to see the instructor ID, email, and separate columns for first and last name when exporting. Fixed a bug where in some areas, the attendance time was displaying in military time.

ASAP Updates – May 29, 2019
The following changes were made to ASAP 3 (also known as ASAP Classic) on 5/24/2019:
When students are registering online, the system will now validate to see if there is a matching birthdate, email address, and state ID to an already existing user to prevent creating a duplicate record.
When admins are creating a student, the system will now validate to see if there is a matching birthdate, email address, and state ID to an already existing user to prevent creating a duplicate record. Private Lesson Roll module now has messaging and validation to avoid overload when you copy lessons from one time period to another.

ASAP Beta Updates – 3/13/2019
This morning’s update mostly contains the addition of smaller features missing from the beta, as well as a number of bug fixes. Highlights include:
Features and Enhancements
You can now sell memberships from the Enroll page.
You can now refund a student from the invoice page.
The “View attendance” link was added to the ellipses menu on the student detail page.
Clicking on the class name now redirects you to the course page for that class.
Search and filters have been added to the Enrollments page.
Bug Fixes
Certain required fields were allowing users to submit a form without being completed.

ASAP Beta Updates – January 2019
Greetings ASAP users! A quick note that Shawn Boom, CEO of Vanco (ASAP’s parent company) will be attending this week’s CAEAA conference in Sacramento. Shawn is there to collect feedback on what we can do to improve our product for the CA adult education market, so if you see him milling around feel free to say Hi.
This week’s updates include a new enrollment status for transferred students, new tools for finding duplicate student accounts, preferences to prevent customer edits of student information, along with other enhancements and bug fixes.

We’re improving this latest version of ASAP every day, and whenever we do we’ll tell you about it here. We’ll also let you know when an update is made by messaging you in the current version of ASAP (we’ll try not to bother you too much).
