Your customers have always been able to login to their ASAP accounts and view their enrollments, billing history, etc. However, until now the user account page was a little difficult to navigate and it was slower than we wanted it to be.

Several months ago we decided that we could do better, and today we’re proud to unveil our newly redesigned user account page. The first thing you’ll notice is how much less clutter there is on the new page, which makes it easier to see which classes you’re enrolled in. We’re also displaying each family member’s schedule together on the same page now (thanks for that suggestion Susanna!).


In addition we’ve greatly improved the way that conferences (which many clients use to power their summer camps) and individual conferences sessions are displayed. In the past the conference and it’s related  sessions were listed separately, as if each were it’s own class; now they’re grouped together in one location.


We’ve also added more prominent messaging to alert your customers when a payment is due. This messaging will appear at the top of the page and next to any class that has a balance due. Customers can click on either message to be taken to the payment area.


Next we took all the customer billing information and put it together under the My Billing Info tab. Here a customer can edit their saved credit cards, see which card is being used to pay for a particular class or payment plan (and switch cards if necessary), as well as view their entire billing history.


Finally we’ve made it much easier to find and edit your personal information and that of your family members by grouping it all together under the My Personal Info tab.


Our goal with this project was to make it easier for your customers to find the information they need without having to contact you to get it. If you have any suggestions as to how we could further improve the page, please let us know, we’d love to hear them!
