ASAP Membership Management is a complete online system for providing special services or pricing to distinct customer groups within an organization. All the efficient functions for sales, payment, accounting and reporting you'd expect in a leading online membership system are here -- in the streamlined, easy and intuitive design ASAP delivers.
Know at a glance whose memberships expire this month and send emails automatically with your latest renewal offer. Keep members apprised of organizational news and calendars. All from one central portal on the web.
The system enables you to offer an unlimited number of unique membership programs to your customers or community, and to associate each member type with a distinct fee, discount, or exclusive privilege.
While variations can be nearly infinite, ASAP offers three smart solutions that can handle any situation: Program Memberships, Facility Access Memberships, and Punch Card Access. Frequently organizations run multiple types of memberships. Each specific class or club may require its own membership in order to be eligible for special pricing, for example. In any of these scenarios, member services can be reliably and efficiently managed in ASAP, freeing your time and attention for the projects at hand.
These are any memberships that fees are then driven by. An arts association, for instance, may sell a single membership and offer all of their classes and events at two price points, member or non-member. In this case, they can also have multiple price points for this single membership (regular=$50, youth=$25, senior=$20, family=$100).
A recreation program may offer special Facility Access Memberships to the gym or the lap pool with a barcode swipe of a member card. The memberships themselves may be exclusive to the facility or group of facilities, or include a broader program membership, as in the example above. Our Facility Membership module fully integrates with the Facilities Management and Scheduling module for facility reservations and scheduling.
When creating memberships you can also create price points for different durations, such as monthly and annual. A yoga studio may sell a packet of discounted tickets good for 10 classes in a month. Punch-cards could also cover a single-use duration of a facility membership, such as a day pass for nonmembers or nonresidents.
