“Email All” from Student Reports

One major update this Fall shows up on your admin screen as a small button, almost unnoticeable to the user, but under the hood looms a mountain of change enabling us to pass large lists of emails through the system.

The first implementation of this underlying engine is now live on the Student Report. After running the report you will see a new button that says “Email All”. This little button is actually a big deal.

Watch for the function “Email All” in your A/R Aging Report next and more reports soon after.

Integration with Elavon Merchant Services

We are pleased to announce that we have released an integration with Elavon Merchant Services. ASAP will communicate directly with your Elavon merchant account without the need for a 3rd party gateway. Check out Elavon here. If you contact them to discuss an account, be sure to mention ASAP so you can benefit from our partnership pricing with them.

ASAP University: The Video Channel

ASAP University launched a beta website last month that will become your go-to source of information for everything ASAP. You’ll find dozens of new videos to help refamiliarize yourself with some of our features, train new staff and learn new ways that ASAP can help you improve your workflows and your business.

Updates to Private Lessons

We’ve completely redesigned the process of adding, canceling, and rescheduling a lesson or group of lessons. The new process is vastly simpler and ties in much better with a student’s billing. Want to learn how to properly modify a student’s lessons? Click on a link below for more information:

  • rescheduling lessons (or changing their duration)
